In this process we will discuss a series of 10 carefully selected statements that helps you to focus on key areas of your business. Presented in a personal conversation over a couple of hours we will talk about the strategic questions along with a few leading exploratory questions for each topic to help you flesh out your thinking on each issue, identify the relative importance of the issue and how your business is performing in regards to that issue.

Notes taken during the process will be compiled into a complete summary of the information discussed. After a week or so we will get together again and discuss the compiled information and any thoughts or concerns that you may have.
