I specialize in helping companies cope with growth and change. Frequently my first point of contact is with the financial function. Generally something is broken. Financial information doesn’t make sense, systems are out of balance, cash flow is a problem, or the reporting system does not meet current needs.
With a relationship established my breadth of experience often proves invaluable. I help with big picture planning, business process improvement, team building, and many of the functions that growing businesses do not have the time to deal with. Budgeting, audits, tax planning, insurance, reporting, communication, disaster planning, internal controls, change management, personnel systems, vendor management and documentation.
With over 30 years of experience in senior financial and operational roles and having owned three small businesses I am adept at identifying strategic directions then implementing systems, processes and financial controls to meet the needs. Whether you need hands on support or leadership and guidance I am experienced and available.
